The challenge

Print and converting customers needed mounting film, polyester film and laser film as recurring supply — film types where a wrong thickness or finish quietly ruins a production run.

Each film type had to be confirmed against the actual process once, and then stay identical across repeat and project orders.

The solution

The film types were confirmed technically per application — printer and press behaviour, thickness and finish — before the first delivery.

Repeat and project orders then ran against the confirmed film specification, keeping the supply predictable order after order.

This project originates in activities that continue under Averinox since 2026. The customer remains anonymous by design.
