Metal mesh & plate belts
Metal belts for process equipment.
Metal conveyor and process belts for baking, drying, washing and quenching. The range includes plate links on rods, woven constructions and rod belts for demanding temperatures and loads.
Metal process belts are used in baking, drying, washing, sintering and quenching. Plate belts have links on transverse rods to form a flat carrying surface. Woven and rod belts provide openings where the process needs airflow through the belt. The belt construction and alloy must suit the temperature and load.
Averinox selects plate thickness, link pitch, rod diameter and edge design for the machine and product. Temperature, load, tracking and hygiene requirements all affect the choice. Sprockets, guards and flights can be supplied with the belt.
We can measure belts on site, supply them to length and arrange installation or supervision on request. For urgent failures, we assess the options after technical and capacity review; support outside business hours is by arrangement.

Materials & variants
304 and 316L cover food and general process duty; heat-resistant steels carry furnace applications; mild steel serves abrasive bulk transport. Combinations of belt type and alloy are selected per temperature profile and load case.
Frequently asked questions
Our belt keeps mistracking: replace or adjust?
Mistracking is usually a machine or loading issue, not the belt's fault. We check tensioning, alignment and product loading first; replacing a belt without that diagnosis tends to repeat the failure.
Can you copy our existing plate belt?
Yes: from a sample, a drawing or an on-site measurement. We document the link, rod and edge design so the next replacement is a phone-free, drawing-based reorder.
Can a metal belt run continuously at 900 °C?
Yes, with heat-resistant steels the constructions run to ~1100 °C continuous. What decides the design is the full picture: temperature profile along the oven, product load and the cooling zone. Send those three and we select belt type and alloy.
What belt widths do you build?
100 mm to 3000 mm is the typical range, as plate belts, woven metal belts or spiral/rod constructions. Side guards, flights and sprockets are supplied with the belt so the whole system wears as one.
What do you need to quote a replacement belt?
Send the machine type and drawing if available. Otherwise, provide link pitch, rod diameter, width, edge design and a photo of the drive. We can arrange on-site measurement where needed and document the design for repeat orders.
