What we collect
This website runs no advertising and sets no cookies until you allow analytics (see below). Our hosting provider processes standard, short-lived technical logs (IP address, requested page) to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies & analytics
Only with your consent — via the cookie banner or “Cookie settings” in the footer — do we enable Google Analytics 4 to see which pages and specifications are viewed. GA4 then sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*, kept up to 2 years). Advertising features are disabled. You can decline or withdraw consent at any time; the site works identically without.
When you contact us at mail@averinox.com, we use your name, contact details and message solely to answer your request and handle a possible quotation or order. We do not sell or share this data for marketing, and we keep correspondence no longer than necessary for our business records.
Support chat
The support chat processes the name, e-mail address and optional company name you provide, a random session ID and your messages. We use Cloudflare for the chat relay and our team handles messages in Telegram. If a conversation remains unanswered for five minutes, its transcript is sent via Resend to our support mailbox (mail@averinox.com). Session data remain in the relay for at most 7 days and the transcript used for the e-mail fallback for at most 24 hours after the last visitor message. Copies sent through Resend and our support mailbox follow those services’ retention settings. To prevent abuse, we temporarily retain a one-way, pseudonymous IP rate-limit key. The chat itself sets no cookies, and we do not use these data for marketing or analytics.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data. One message to mail@averinox.com suffices.
