Calculation method
- 01 Unplanned downtime = stops × hours per stop × line value.
- 02 Planned intervention cost = interventions × hours per intervention × line value.
- 03 Total exposure = unplanned + planned + media spend.
- 04 Scenario saving = unplanned × fewer-stops % + planned × longer-intervals %. Media spend is held constant. The model estimates savings in downtime costs; it does not calculate the purchase cost of different filter media.
