Repeat orders of custom nylon mesh panels for a process-equipment manufacturer

The challenge
A European manufacturer of process equipment needed nylon mesh panels cut to its own drawing — a part that looks simple until panel dimensions or mesh choice drift between orders and stop fitting the frames.
Because the panels return in the manufacturer's production rhythm, the real requirement was repeatability: the follow-up order had to match the first one without re-engineering.
The solution
The panels were converted to drawing in the specified nylon mesh, with the drawing revision anchored to the order so each repeat produced identical panels.
Follow-up orders were shipped against the same anchored specification, keeping incoming inspection at the manufacturer a formality.
This project originates in activities that continue under Averinox since 2026. The customer remains anonymous by design.
