Customer request
A European manufacturer of process equipment needed nylon mesh panels cut to its own drawing. Dimensions and mesh type had to remain consistent between orders so the panels would fit the frames.
The manufacturer ordered the panels regularly for production. Subsequent orders had to use the original specification without repeating the engineering work.
The solution
The panels were cut to drawing in the specified nylon mesh. The drawing revision was recorded with each order to maintain the same panel specification.
Subsequent orders were produced and shipped to the same specification. The manufacturer used the recorded drawing revision for incoming inspection.
This project originates in activities that continue under Averinox since 2026. The customer remains anonymous by design.
