Repeat batches of carbide grinding arms for a cocoa-equipment OEM

Delivered in repeat batches with inspection and material documentation on file.

The challenge

A European OEM of cocoa-processing equipment needed tungsten-carbide grinding arms and large carbide tooling in repeat batches: identical geometry batch after batch, because the parts run inside machines the OEM guarantees to its own customers.

Every batch had to arrive with inspection and material documentation, so the OEM could trace each part into its own quality file without extra work.

The solution

Grinding arms and large carbide tools were produced to the OEM's drawings in an application-confirmed carbide grade, and supplied in recurring batches within an ongoing cooperation.

Dimensional inspection was documented per batch and the material documentation travelled with the delivery, so incoming inspection at the OEM stayed a check, not an investigation.

This project originates in activities that continue under Averinox since 2026. The customer remains anonymous by design.
