Sludge dewatering & belt presses
A belt press earns its keep in one number: dry solids out. Everything upstream — polymer dose, gravity zone, wedge zone, pressure roll sequence — meets the process at one surface, and that surface is a belt. When the belt is wrong for the sludge, the whole line runs at the belt's limit rather than the machine's.
We supply the consumable layer of that line. Spiral belts, woven filter cloths, drainage cloths and the seams and edges that decide whether a belt lasts a season or a month. Sized to your machine, joined to your preference, and specified from the sludge rather than from the previous order.
Dewatering to over 80% dry solids is achievable on the right combination of sludge, conditioning and belt — the achievable figure for your line is confirmed after review of your process data, never quoted from a brochure.
Filter cloths & drainage cloths
Woven mono- and multifilament cloths for chamber and membrane presses, plus the drainage layers underneath. Sealed edges, reinforcements and cut-outs supplied as one item.
Seams, edges and fitting
Clipper seams, spiral seams and on-site sealing. The seam is where most belts fail first, so it is specified with the belt rather than after it.
Screens & strainers upstream
Wedge wire screens, perforated media and woven mesh for the screening and thickening stages ahead of the press, where a blinding screen quietly limits the whole line.
