We have installed our own service team to facilitate research or research from third parties and to empirically investigate new methods and technics under normal working conditions.

Within the group of companies Averinox has a 24-hour service facility available that can provide assistance immediately if necessary in all kind of situations, such as planned and not-planned shut downs in the process industry, water treatment plants, etc. where crucial parts need replacing. In such a situation Averinox can supply & assemble parts and services including, for example supervisions, inspections and mounting.
Averinox offers also well experienced (secondment) engineers & mechanics for specific operations to the process industry.

Filtration & Separation
Averinox supplies, maintains & renovates dewatering systems for solid /liquid dewatering, drying and transportation in many industrial applications including 24-hour service. We also bring (and develop) materials and solutions for a wide range of separation and filtration issues, mainly based on woven & knitted mesh and perforated media.
Supports & Shielding
Averinox develops & supplies supports, inlays & supporting elements or reinforcements for filtration & separation media and many other (industrial) products. Examples: screens and supports for catalyst support grids, EMI shielding, gaskets and sealings, air filter parts, membrane supports and caging mesh voor electrical cable connections. Averinox provides for prompt service and delivery of key products from stock.
Research & Development
Development & Innovation is a continuous process within Averinox. In addition, we anticipate on market demand and develop together with you, the most cost-effective solution with minimal down-time and flexible delivery. Averinox further participates in (European) R & D projects, including obtaining energy from biomass.
